Description
In 2000, after baking at home for five years,
Melbourne couple John and Bronwynne Calvert
moved to the country to start an artisan bakery.
They chose Irrewarra, where the Calvert family
had farmed since 1842, and converted their historic stables into
a bakery to handmake sourdough bread, granola and biscuits
using the best local ingredients.
Today, Irrewarra Bakery is one of Australia’s most renowned
artisan bakeries, delivering throughout Australia.
Irrewarra Anzac biscuits are hand-baked weekly using
fresh butter produced in the Great Ocean Road hinterland,
locally-milled wholegrain rolled oats and Australian golden syrup.
Anzac Biscuits are available in packets of four (140g per pack).
Ingredients
rolled oats, sugar, coconut, fresh butter, wheat flour, golden syrup, water, bi-carb soda.
